Emptiness abounds.
This is the first page of a projected 25-page comic called Death Knell. The story was, again, based heavily on a very strange dream I had. I did expand the scope of the dream, but everything from the dream was/will be retained. It's an interesting creative process to fashion a dream into a coherent story, as a lot of my dreams do not have a sequential event progression, but rather they contain disparate dream tangents. This dream was a rare, clear progression of events, and the themes seemed to flow from the story in a way that didn't feel very labored or contrived. I'm not going to say too much about this just yet, but more pages will be posted soon.
